The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 funds energy-related research and development, including renewable energy programs and the expansion of existing weatherizing activities.
This will create jobs, save energy, fight global warming, increase our knowledge, reduce our dependence on foreign oil, and help keep our nation safe.
Buck McKeon voted against it.
