The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 increases funds to the Army Corps of Engineers. You know, the same group that pleaded for funds to improve the New Orleans levees in the years before Hurricane Katrina.
This will create jobs and help keep our nation safe from natural disasters.
Buck McKeon voted against it.
