The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 includes funding for energy efficiency projects and the modernization of heating/cooling and electrical systems at the Department of Defense.
This will create jobs, save energy, fight global warming, and help keep our nation safe.
Buck McKeon voted against it.
